Please ensure all ticket holders have valid NRIC/Passport for venue entry.
Tickets can be purchased through our website at sgtm.tixshack.com. Simply select your preferred ticket category, provide guest details, and complete the payment process. You'll receive your e-tickets via email within 24 hours.
No, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
You must bring your e-ticket (either printed or on your mobile device) and your original NRIC or Passport used during registration. Entry will be denied if your ID doesn't match the registered details.
Each transaction is limited to a maximum of six (6) tickets. Each NRIC/Passport number is limited to one transaction to ensure fair distribution of tickets.
E-tickets are sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment. You can also verify your booking through the "Verify Ticket" option on our website. If you haven't received your tickets, please contact support@tixshack.com.
